Work is repetitive and unreliable, new workers are invisible. But in order to learn, artificial intelligence does need people – and that will never cease to be the case, says Microsoft researcher Mary Gray in an interview.
Ms Gray, in your book, “Ghost Work: How to stop Silicon Valley from Building a New Global Underclass”, you describe people who work in the background for artificial intelligence. In contrast to what many users may think, it’s not about the developers or programmers. Who could it be then?
